Fraunhofer IPT

The Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology (Fraunhofer IPT) is an institution of the Fraunhofer-organization. It develops system solutions for networked, adaptive production.

For many years, the IPT has been working on complex, flexible automation concepts and systems for information provision and decision-making. As part of the research project, the IPT develops optimal control algorithms and implements them in the control system in the form of exchangeable encapsulated modules.
